Fee Structure

Fees are calculated for each particular project but as a general rule, the practice hourly charge rate is £135 plus VAT and disbursements. Appeals are generally calculated at a fixed fee and this also applies to Peter Rowan's role as a planning advocate. On average, planning appeals dealt with through the hearing method are costed at around £3500 - £4500, acting as an expert witness through the public inquiry process £3500 - £4500, and acting as a planning advocate £4000 for a one day inquiry.
